Zulapalooza, please check and ensure one of the numbers (sender or receiver) is not using any of these plans > Digi Smart Prepaid, DiGi Start Prepaid, Digi Smart Bundle, DiGi Easy Prepaid v3, DG Prepaid Smart Plan and Digi Prepaid LiVE. The Talktime Transfer service is not available for these plans.
