Add your existing Digi number

On Digi website, it says Your accounts are not linked yet, so I tried to add Mobile #, but TAC does not come into my email which is registered correctly. I am unable to add my mobile number of broadband, therefore I can not check the latest usage...please assist me. I have been straggling for more than a week now.
