I used an old Digi prepaid number to register for MyDigi, but the number has since expired. So, I bought a new digi number and tried to log in MyDigi, initially there was no problem. However, now when I want to log in MyDigi again with the new number, the app ask me for the email to send receipt to, and when I enter the email it requires the password, once entered the password it will prompt me to revalidate my Digi Phone Number which is the one that has expired.
My question is how do I log in MyDigi with my new Digi Prepaid number? I can try creating a new account but it will say that my email is already in use.
