Hi, I recently bought a new iphone 7 online and received the phone on Saturday (24/12/2016), I followed the steps to activate the sim card on the very same day and it says the activation will be done within 24 hours. As 25/12/2016 is Christmas day, i understand that it might only be done on the following day. It's already 28/12/2016 but the new SIM card is still not activated.
The option to activate the SIM card on the website is also no longer clickable.

Hi, I have already replied accordingly but today is 29th Dec 2016 and still no reply in any way. It's frustrating to be unable to use the new phone despite having it for almost a week.
Just trying to get some status update or else it feels like I'm waiting in vain.
