The Bro Code, Updated!

by Community Manager on ‎07-11-2019 04:36 PM

Grow out your moustaches and go get a check-up cause it’s Movember

The month of November, or Movember, aims to spread awareness for all things relating to men’s health. Raising awareness for issues like prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental health.

In the spirit of Movember, we decided to have some fun and update the “Bro Code” to fit more recent times.

1. Bros do not watch romantic comedies.

Unless forced to by his partner, a Bro will never admit to watching romantic comedies either alone or with each other (but we all know they do in secret).

2. A Bro will always jio his bros whenever he wants to hang out.

No matter if it’s just a mamak session or a night out, Bros are required to jio everyone from his Bro group, even if he knows they can’t make it, it’s a matter of courtesy.

3. A Bro will always send a minimum of 1 meme per week to the group chat.

If a Bro laughs at something funny online, he is required to share what was so funny immediately, be it a picture or a video.

4. A Bro is allowed to do something stupid as long as the other Bros are doing it also.

Bros do not let their other Bros do something stupid alone. Cause if one person does it, it looks ridiculous, but if everyone does it, it’s actually pretty cool.

5. A Bro will help another Bro take pictures when in the gym.

Gymming is better together with your Bros. And a Bro is required to help their Bro friends take post-gym pictures to post it on their Instagram. Because, did it really happen if it wasn’t on the gram?

6. Bros do not share dessert.

If a friend wants to share dessert, he ain’t a Bro. Ask him to go get his own.

7. If a Bro asks another Bro to keep a secret, he shall keep it forever.

Because a Bro would probably have already forgotten it by the next day.
