MyDigi App andDigi website are available to help manage your accounts. However, customers still can perform bill payment or SIM card replacement by visiting selected Digi Kiosks, POS Malaysia, or banks with JomPay and e-platforms. Customers who need to visit these outlets are strongly encouraged to to practice social distancing and take precautions such as wearing a mask and keeping your hands sanitised.
