While MyDigi App and Digi website are available to help manage your accounts, customers still can perform bill payment or SIM card replacement by visiting selected Digi Kiosks, POS Malaysia, or banks with JomPay and e-platforms. Customers who need to visit these outlets are strongly encouraged to to practice good hygiene and take precautions such as wearing a mask when going out and keeping your hands sanitised.
