Hey Digi Fibre Broadband subscribers, here are a few FAQs to answer those questions you might have.

 

Registration & Installation

Q1. How can I register for Digi fibre broadband?
A1. You can register online for Digi Internet Freedom on our website or walk into any Digi Stores.

Q2. When can I schedule the installation of my Digi fibre broadband?

A2. You can schedule the installation at any time convenient to you. Installing time is subject to the available installation slot. 

However, for areas affected by TEMCO/CMCO, installations can only take place for the following areas as below.

  1.       Ranau - 17 Oct 2020 onwards
  2.       One Borneo Condominium –  21 Oct onwards
  3.       Radiant Tower Kota Kinabalu – 19 Oct onwards
  4.       Tawau, Lahad Datu, Kunak and Semporna, Kota Kinabalu, Putatan, Penampang, Tuaran, Papar, Sandakan, Kota Belud – 27 Oct onwards

Digi will review the areas and dates above if necessary due to further instructions by relevant authorities.  

 

Q3. Would it be possible for me to reschedule my installation appointment?

A3. Yes, kindly contact our Customer Service at 016-2211800 or walk into the Digi Store or Digi Store Express you registered your plan from. 

 

Billing & Payment

Q1. How will I get my monthly bill?

A2. You will be able to get your monthly bills via the MyDigi App or Digi will e-mail your bill statement on a monthly basis and optionally send a physical bill statement to your home.

Q2. What are the available payment methods for Digi Internet Freedom billing?

A2. All existing payment methods are supported, including via the MyDigi App, Digi Kiosks, Over-the-Counter, Online Banking, and Debit/Credit Card.

Q3. How do I make an online bill payment?

A3. Customers will be able to make their online bill payment via a few methods. Click here to find out more.

Q1. Would Digi send a technician to my house to troubleshoot?

A1. We would at best resolve your problems remotely. On-site support will only be sent if necessary. For addresses in the following areas, on-site support will only be sent from the dates as below.

  1.       Ranau - 17 Oct 2020 onwards
  2.       One Borneo Condominium –  21 Oct onwards
  3.       Radiant Tower Kota Kinabalu – 19 Oct onwards
  4.       Tawau, Lahad Datu, Kunak and Semporna, Kota Kinabalu, Putatan, Penampang, Tuaran, Papar, Sandakan, Kota Belud – 27 Oct onwards

Pendaftaran dan Pemasangan

Q1. Bagaimana cara untuk mendaftar Digi Fibre Broadband?

A1. Anda boleh mendaftar Digi Internet Freedom secara online di lama web kami atau mana-mana Digi Store.

Q2. Bilakah boleh saya menjadualkan pemasangan Digi Fibre Broadband saya?

A2. Anda boleh menjadualkan pemasangan pada bila-bila masa yang sesuai buat anda. Waktu pemasangan juga tertakhluk pada slot pemasangan yang ada.

Namun begitu, bagi kawasan berada dibawah arahan PKPDB/PKPD, pemasangan hanya boleh dibuat di kawasan yang berikut:

  1.       Ranau - 17 Oct 2020 onwards
  2.       One Borneo Condominium –  21 Oct onwards
  3.       Radiant Tower Kota Kinabalu – 19 Oct onwards
  4.       Tawau, Lahad Datu, Kunak and Semporna, Kota Kinabalu, Putatan, Penampang, Tuaran, Papar, Sandakan, Kota Belud – 27 Oct onwards

Digi akan mengkaji semula jadual bagi kawasan-kawasan tersebut dari masa ke semasa dan akan bertindak mengikuti arahan penguatkuasa.

Q3. Bolehkah saya mengubah tarikh pemasangan?

A3. Boleh, sila hubungi pegawai perkhidmatan pelanggan kami di 016-22118000 atau ke Digi Store atau Digi Store Express yang berdekatan.


Bil dan Pembayaran

Q1. Bagaimana boleh saya mendapat bil bulanan saya?

A2. Anda boleh mendapatkan bil bulanan anda melalui aplikasi MyDigi, atau menerimanya di dalam email Digi setiap bulan, ataupun jika perlu, salinan bil akan hantar ke rumah anda.

Q2. Apakah kaedah pembayaran yang boleh dilakukan?

A2. Kaedah pembayaran yang boleh dilakukan adalah melalui aplikasi MyDigi, Kiosk Digi, di kaunter Digi Store dan Digi Store Express, Online Banking, dan kad Debit/Kredit.

Q3. Bagaimanakah cara untuk membayar bil secara online?

A3. Anda boleh membuat pembayaran secara online melalui beberapa cara. Klik di sini untuk ketahui lebih.
