slow internet connection after use several month

Im using 4g digi internet..it give high speed for only 2 month..after that that period it became slow..what happen with Digi? i'll give a try for this month only..if this thing doesnt go well..i'll switch other line..and does not recomend digi to my friends..shame on digi..should fix this..this should be 3g or 2g line or something..not 4G..shame on you..

done post email.. but cant help it lorh..internet got worst over time .. so sad lorh digi.. customer dont get what you promise.. you shouldnt offer 4G if you cant give it..
