rebate for opt out of free internet/not using the dataplan

Since majority of us  got to stay at home, we may use own mobile data or wifi; for those who are not redeem the daily 1GB or those not utilising data on the current mobile plan, due to use of wifi at home,

why not digi give  some rebate and this will  help to lighten your network burden since we are not using any data, or limited usage?  this help  user, eg postpaid user to  have less burden too.
