Pro rated charge dikenakan selepas port out

Mengapa saya masih dikenakan charge tersebut walaupun bil telah selesai sebelum port out? Cth kes saya:
Proses port out hnya berjaya selepas hampir 2minggu iaitu pd 2Jan. Sy dikenakan charge penuh sama spt bil untuk sebulan walaupun port out telah selesai pd awal bulan. INI TIDAK ADIL PADA PENGGUNA!

Caj bil adalah mengikuti pro-rate hari yang diggunakan dalam billing cycle. Billing cycle anda tidak semestinya mengikuti hari bulan kalender. Sila semak bil statement anda di emel untuk mengetahui tarikh billing cycle anda.

i also having the same problem,...even i have terminate my line for 3months,digi still keep sending bill charge on my line(refer attachment)

this is not helpful....i have port out since august....now already november,every month digi still send the billing statement n charge on me, by the way i didn't use digi services anymore, can you please check carefully and don't simply find a answer to reply us.....if i still receive digi billing on next month, i will definitely bring this issues and complaint to the skmm..
