How can allocation share quota to other number be 0GB. Since august 2017 i set min shared that allowed by digiapps is 0.1GB. Suddenly this month all my 25GB data was cleared after digi did maintenance on the digiapps. After first complaint and waiting for 2days, digi said it was my fault because not set allocation quota to the other number. How come it can be zero allocation because minimum i have to set it 0.1GB. Then after 2 days i call digi back they said my case are closed because of i purposely set 0GB data to others number that is not make sense anymore. And now they asked me to raise another ticket and have to wait another 2 days. So disappointed with digi support. Very slow action and not supporting at all !!!!!
