Hello fellow Community members,
For the night owls who need to wake up early- how do you do it?
Do you use blue light filters or reminders to sleep early? Meditation apps? What do you use and is it effective?
Please share some tips and tricks! I need all the help I can get!

A quick jog in my neighbourhood followed by a glass of warm milk normally does it for me! The exhaustion from the exercise is the perfect way to fall asleep. 😊
