Recently my friends and I having issue on getting charge for receiving voicemail while roaming. I understand that it is standard to have charges during roaming and it is stated in DiGi roaming TnC.
But please customer service staffs/ digi store staffs having some advise to subscribers for asking them read through the roaming TnC before subscription so there wont be any argument on this.
No harm also if DiGi sent a sms to inform users to go thru the TnC while activate roaming, right?
