Hi dayah12344. No speed cap and the speed that you could get depends on your device ability and your location. Available quota is for all including hotspot.

Yes, you can andy118. The Digi Postpaid to Digi Prepaid change of plan process currently available at the Digi Store only.
The registered owner needs to submit the request him/herself and will be required to produce the original IC for the verification process. Please ensure any outstanding bill has been cleared and there'll be one final bill will be issued for usage up until the Digi Postpaid account termination date.
Our Digi Store is operating with a shorter operating hour during this FMCO period except for Digi Store Setapak (until further notice).

Just ported in yesterday with NEXT 35. Then I had to call Maybank hotline to inform my switch of telco to receive TAC SMS.
Only to find out their unlimited calls is excluding "service numbers" after digging this forum post.
Where is the asterisk? Why so misleading advertisement?
Charged RM3.24 just for a 9 mins call? That's RM0.36/min.
I thought its RM0.15/min? As a new Digi customer I already feel so cheated and disappointed.
