Unsubscribe from FREEDOM 2 VIU

Dear Sir /Madam,

 

I have a problem here. How can I unsubscribe  from Freedom 2 VIU?  I've tried to log in to the VIU  website but there are no option /button for me to unsubscribe it. 

 

PLEASE HELP!!!

if i check at the details  "You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your Google Play account settings."

 

if correct,  you may can check the link out.

I've tried to go to the link that you have given but the account said "You have no subscriptions for this account".

Hi @fiona101,

 

If the message is "You have no subscriptions for this account.", chances are there is no subscription at all.  Were you charged a subscription fee?

Yes, they charged me RM5 subscription fee in my Digi bill.

That RM5 for VIU subscription is promotional offer.  Kindly proceed to contact their online support team at help.viu@vuclip.com to enquire further on your account status.

But I didn't agree to the subscribe of the promotional offer. Anyhow, I will try to contact them.
