I tried using your tips however of to no avail.
There was nothing under "MY SUBSCRIPTION". However, I am still charged for subscribing.
Could anyone assist me on this?

You can click on the link provided, go to Viu's website and cancel the subscription from there. Log in at https: //www.viu.com/my > click "My Plan"> click "Unsubscribe"> Press "Confirm"
