Weak coverage at Jalan Kajang

     Jalan Kajang 18/4, Seksyen 1a, 46000 Petaling Jaya, Selangor
  1. Error Message. (If any) N/A
  2. Signal strength.(how many signal shown at your mobile phone) 2 to 3 bar
  3. Problem occurred indoors or outdoors? OUTDOORS
  4. Alternate contact number. 016-8705635
  5. Short description of the issue. Weak coverage for all 2G 3G 4G network
  6. Have you tried to change the  SIM card or swap the SIM card in other mobile device? Is the issue persist after swap done? Issue still same, I have experienced this for 6 years! Even new launched LTE network also have same issue.
  7. Hand phone model: redmi 2
  8. Mobile number: 011-23454647
  9. Already sent to your customer service email custsvc@digi.com.my

The CS told me that the issue will be solved by 11 sept.

But the weak signal problem still exists.

The signal become very good. I dont know whether DiGi did something or wat.
