POOR LTE Signal at Kuching CITY housing estate

The LTE at my housing estate very poor, even only 1 bar signal and cause most of the user in this area fail to online in LTE mode. Some more the download and upload speed only up to 600kbps for DL and 200kbps for UL. It's seems like the LTE speed quality is reducing nowadays. Hope Digi representative can kindly improve the issue. Hereby, I provide the coordinate of the housing estate:
