I am using lenovo s90 which supports LTE. But having this problem making my phone useless... Not just that. I've change the sim to another phone (Samsung note 5) but same problem occur. Used other telco before and it works just fine suddenly this one is a big disappointment... Bandar mahkota cheras is not in the middle of jungle I say. If it is then I don't mind. I felt cheated and wasted buying those reloads and subscribing internet plan which eventually can't even use for good.. Lol 2 GB data brought and will end on 13 of April I still have like 1.7gb approximately unused can't use and a big waste of money. Couldn't even get the verification numbers on time, tried 5 times and waited about 30 mins to get.. I don't know what is the problem to be exact but having to pay something I can't barely use is unfair. If I can REFUND than its okay but I CAN'T that's why.
Hi @KokoBMC, sorry for any inconvenience caused. Have you tested only at Bandar Mahkota? How is the signal strength shown on your phone?
