Since today, my wifi does not work. It keeps on saying “no service” and the network keeps on blinking red. Please help.

If this issue affects you at a specific location, kindly send your network feedback through MyDigi app(http://community.digi.com.my/t5/Apps-Services/Report-Digi-network-problems-via-the-MyDigi-app/ta-p/2...). You can also report a network fault through Helpline (0162211800).
If your device is unable to obtain signal at all location, or there are other working Digi lines in your vicinity simultaneously while your broadband has issue, then kindly PM your phone number to our community support to check on your account http ://community.digi.com.my/t5/forums/searchpage/tab/user?q=support

syahyan dah test kad SIM Broadband dengan device (modem,telefon) lain? Kalau belum test dulu ya untuk pastikan 'no service' ni bukan berpunca dari kad SIM anda. TQ.

Hi there my broadband also facing this problem. It was barred then I paid the bill but still shows no service

If you have made full settlement through MyDigi or Jompay, you account will be unbarred in a very short time.
If the payment is made through other channels such as online banking facility, it will take 1-2 business days to reflect in Digi system.

dh try masuk simkad kat phine ok masuk kat broadband tulis no service apa ya masalah sebenar tolong beri penjelasan lanjut tq.

Hi, i also facing the same problem. My broadband mobify always  pop out "NO SERVICE" on the screen. i need to turn it off and  on until  the  connection is okay. what is the problem actually? is it from the DIGI sim card or HUAWEI modem?
