Firstly, please check your quota remaining. If the main internet quota is still available but internet is still slow, you can report the location that you are having slowness using MyDigi app http://community.digi.com.my/t5/Apps-Services/Report-Digi-network-problems-via-the-MyDigi-app/ta-p/2...
