changing my email address

Hi, 

im trying to change the email address attached to my broadband number as i have typo when i set up the number on digi app. 

there is no verfication needed when i first register. 

i tried changing it in this website my settings > email > new email 

but the older email adress keep coming back after i sign out and sign in again. 

Please help.
