I don't have too much faith. I'm seriously considering changing to another service provider.

We do our part, Digi should do their part. Hope thing will get resolved soon.
As per the link, another friend have gave up I guess. Maybe changing to another Telco is last choice after all.

Update: Received a message from DiGi saying that everything was okay. I had to make sure and did a few tests. Sure enough the streaming quota seems to be moving. I hope this stays.

Hye glad that it's working for you. Mine still have the same trouble and I didn't get any email from Digi yet. I'll keep trying though.
