The New Digi Broadband - Changing plans

Want to change your current Digi Broadband Plan to the new one? The below scenarios may be helpful to you:

 

 

Currently not on contract:

Q: I  am currently subscribed to the previous Broadband plan without contract. Can I move to the new Broadband RM60/Broadband RM100?

A:  Yes, you can change your plan to the new Broadband plans. You may visit Digi outlets, authorized  dealers stores, or call Customer Service hotline at 0162211800 to perform a change of plan.

 

Currently on contract:

Q: I am currently subscribed to the previous Broadband plan with 12 months contract. Can I move to  the new Broadband RM60/Broadband RM100?

A:  Only upgrades are allowed. Eg. Broadband RM60 to Broadband RM100

 

From Postpaid to Prepaid Broadband:

Q:  I am currently with Postpaid Broadband Monthly RM60, can I change my plan to Prepaid Broadband Monthly RM60?

A:  Yes, you can change your plan to Prepaid Broadband Monthly RM60 if you do not have

  any contract with Digi.

gud day to u....i want change my current broadband 105 to new broadband 100. trying call service centre many times can't get thru. can some1 assist here? thanks.

Hi kodamn7. Broadband 60 is not available anymore. For the latest Broadband plan we currently have, you may refer to this link : http://new.digi.com.my/broadband. Thank you.

Hi yodisizaj. The Broadband 60 plan is no longer offered. You may change the plan to any of the available broadband plans. However, if you wish to change before the contract ended, there will be some penalty fee.

no,  i dont have any contract anymore. then is it possible to change from postpaid to prepaid? is it stil use the mobifi or not?

Yes, you may. You can use your existing mobifi if you'd like. Change of plan from Postpaid to Prepaid can only be done at our main Digi Stores. Kindly refer to the link provided for more info about the location and operating hours of our Digi Store: http://new.digi.com.my/support/digi-store
Please tick on Digi Store only under the Outlet section.

Broadband plan is not eligible to be changed to Postpaid call plan and vice versa, yodisizaj. Maybe you would want to consider getting a new number for the Postpaid call plan :-)

what if i convert my current prepaid to postpaid best value plans. is it can be accepted? and how about the remaining credit? will it be carry fowards once it has been converted?

Yes, you can use your Prepaid number. Credit will be carried forward and will be utilized to pay for your Postpaid account (maximum RM100). Thank you.
