Sequence of Quota deduction

i subscribed broadband 100 plan, for pass 2 months , when i streaming youtube, only stream free quota will be deducted, but promo 10GB and base 40GB wont deduct. 
but this month i tried to stream youtube , it deduct my promo base 10GB instead of stream free.

 

May i know the exact sequence of the quota deduction ?
