Hi Digi Support,
Just now on 2.20pm I have top up my quota 10GB @RM25. About 4.06pm , I receive a sms report my quota depleted.
I check my usage report it come out this Recurring Fee (Mobile) RM25.I have just topup again. what suppose I do?
Why suddenly my topup quota gone??

If you're using a recent Android/iOS device, you can check which app has been using data. There may be background updates that you may not have been aware that has depleted your quota rather quickly.
