Hello, I would like to know why my quota show 740mb only since I just renew my monthly internet package for 1.5GB. its nonsense since it just been renewal

The mobile internet add-on promotion that you purchased are as follow: 1.5GB (750MB + 750MB*), where the 750MB* are for reserved for Facebook, Whatsapp and Wechat. 

 

The quota reported by the system is showing the regular 750MB that you can use for anything.

how could i check the quota for another 750mb that you said for FB and whatsapps?
