My Broadband Streaming Quota blocking Discord voice

I am currently subscribing "Broadband Monthly 45" which comes with :

15GB - All usage Quota
10GB - Streaming only Quota
Let's call this "BASE PLAN",  15GB+10GB

When I purchase a top-up/add-ons, example 5GB all internet usage
Let's call this as "ADD-ON-PLAN"

Problem here is when I running BASE PLAN , I cannot hear anyone on my PC Discord App, my voice cannot be transfer out nor receiving anyway

However, once I add-on a plan, DiGi will auto switch and consume the "ADD-ON-PLAN"
So when I running on ADD-ON-PLAN (all usage quota) , EVERYTHING WORKS COMPLETELY FINE.

So This is pretty obvious enough that problem is come from the BASE PLAN (w/ streaming quota)

So I seriously need technical team from DiGi to solve my problem


Side info:

If I got both BASE PLAN and ADD-ON-PLAN
DiGi always consuming quota from ADD-ON-PLAN

Again , here I just used up my ADD-ON-PLAN , and Discord voice would never working, currently the only way I can figure out is to use third party VPN which should not be.
