I have just subscribed your broadband 100 plan yesterday (9/6/17). However, I notice my account billing cycle was 16 May 2017 - 15 Jun 2017 which means I paid my advance payment of full RM100+ for only 6 days? This is so unfair

@zklim, don't worry, it won't be a full month charge when you only used just a few days of the first billing cycle. It will be prorated accordingly

ok, thanks for clarifying. I still have one question.. at 16/6 which is my next billing date will it refresh all the quotas at that day?
