Do I have to bring my modem for broadband termination?

Hello,

I want to terminate  my Broadband Monthly 45 but im kinda worried if i really need to bring my modem too besides IC for termination process. (Before i finally go to Digi center)

My huawei modem is currently with my fiance, where he is now at Melaka to watch over his  mother ever since the PKP started. But with recent PKP's extended order to  9th June, he's practically stuck in Melaka.

So, can i terminate my broadband plan without the need to bring the huawei modem?

Hi Myrawarth. You do not need to bring the modem. The modem is yours to keep.
