Just got to know I have an outstanding bills after I wanted to register on Digi Business broadband. I request Digi to provide me the outstanding bills together with the statement and amount. Unfortunately Digi can't provide it and just state the amount. As a customer what makes you think I will pay it without any statement or prove that amount you give is my outstanding bills. If this discussion can settle my problem please reply me asap. I will not make any payment for my outstanding bill except I get the statement of my outstanding bills.
