To whom it may concern,
I want to know what is the charge for (DOB FOR FOTUMO)..
This is because i purchase digi broaband rm60/month starting from 1/11/2017.
But in my latest bill for Jan 2018, i have been charged on DOB FOR FORTUMO services.
I want account department to remove the charge from my bill. (acc no: 1100039790025)
Second, i want to know how to read message in my wifi modem? i already read the quick start book given, but there is no guidleines on how to read message in the broadband modem, I want to know what is the content in the message..
Please revert this matter asap.

You may change broadband sim card to your phone to read the content ya.

Dear Sir / Madam,
I have received this charges for DOB for Fortumo for August Month billing.
I did not signed any games before this.
Now i need to pay more RM15.96, so i would like to know HOW TO STOP it and refund back the charges.
