Hi, I've subscribed mobifi plan, 100GB.
The speed is generally acceptable
But a serious issue happens EVERYTIME I use google meet and whatapps
I can't connect to whatapps call at all. But it's not about the device, if switch to Facebook, switch to mobile data, it works fine
FOr google meet, I can't share screen or talk. But zoom, slack are both ok.
When I use my mobile data as hotspot, I can use google meet.
I apply for this expensive plan just to do productivity work, but main communication apps are not able to connect properly
May I know how DIGI handle this issue?
Can I unsubscribe and get refund? Since it's DiGi connection issue?
