Broadband Outstandiing

Hi, I used to utilise Digi's broadband service, but I have terminated it a long  time ago, and I have paid my outstanding fees. Now I'm trying to sign up with another telco and they said I have outstanding with Digi.

 

I have sent 2 mails for supprot but none have been replied. Calling the support line does no better.

 

Is there anyone who can actually help with this?
