Broadband FRAUD

Recently i’ve changed from using postpaid (more than 5 years) to prepaid (from June 2019). It was easy and done like within 5 minutes. Here’s the suprise i get... i’ve decided this July 2019 to change back to pospaid, lo and behold when the digi staff check my ic, appears this broadband account (deactivated) used from 12june-11july 2019, by the number of 01596124584. I’ve never subscribe to a digi broadband recently, as now i’m using UNIFI and before that my pospaid plan has all the data i needed. How the **bleep** did DIGI allowed this unauthorized usage of my accounts and now i’m charge with rm39.93. The perp just used it for a month and deactivated the broadband number. Now i have to make police report lah, go to commissioner of oath lah to clear my name to DIGI, so that they can escalate to fraud department. THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN IN THE FIRST PLACE! And the perp is soo **bleep** smart to take advantage exactly when i change from postpaid to prepaid.
