 Hi,

 

I've overpaid my bill for one month but I would like to terminate due to moving. The new place that I am moving into has very low coverage hence the termination. May I know if it's possible for me to get a refund, the money be transffered to my new provider or if it's possible to transfer to my mobile.

Hi DMing. The refund will be by cheque and must be equal or more than RM10.00. If it is less than RM10.00 there will be no refund. 

Amount will be refunded to the customer after completing 2 bill cycles from date of account termination. Thank you.
