Bad coverage

My internet broadband have bad coverage at my house (Batu Caves). Especially at night. I can't even stream video clip with small duration. Kindly advise because this issue have prolong for a few months.

I already fill up the enquiry forms. When they will update the case status in my app?

When did you submit the case? Give at least 2 working days for the case to get updated.
