Q1: Who can purchase these Internet Passes?
A1: All Digi Prepaid customers are eligible to purchase these Internet Passes except Prepaid Broadband and DG Smart Plan V1.
Q2: How do I check my quota?
A2: To check your quota please go to MyDigi app > Internet.
Q3: Can I use this Internet Pass with any of the Internet Plan?
A3: Yes you can. Note that the Internet Pass quota will be utilized first before quota is deducted from your Internet Plan.
Q4: Will I get a SMS notification as a usage reminder?
A4: Yes, you will receive a SMS at 75% and at 100% usage threshold. You will also receive a SMS at the end of the Internet Pass validity.
Q5: When does my validity of Internet Pass expire?
A5: Validity expires 24 hours from the time of purchase for 1 Day pass.
Q6: Can I purchase this Internet Pass multiple times?
A6: Yes you can, as long as you have sufficient balance.
Q7: If I purchase the Internet Pass multiple times, when would be the validity period?
A7: The quota of the Internet Pass will be combined and the validity period of the combined quota will expires 24 hours from the time the last Internet Pass is purchased. For example, if you purchase one OTP at 18 Oct, 2pm and another OTP at 18 Oct, 10pm, both OTPs (with 3GB data) will expire on 19 Oct, 9:59pm.
Q8: Do I need to have an Internet plan in order to purchase these Internet Pass?
A8: No Internet plan is required.

A9: No, this is a one time pass and will not auto-renew.
