Check and download your itemised statements in these easy steps!

Did you know that you could view your itemised statements in our MyDigi portal? This feature is available to both Postpaid and Prepaid subscribers! However, the option to download your bill is only available to Postpaid users.

For company account / business line, please login to the old OCS page at account.digi.com.my (without www) with the current ID and password.

dayalsara, you can actually set the bill to be sent to your email address every month by activating the option via MyDigi :-)

Log in to MyDigi app and then go to menu >> tap on your name >> Bills >> Personal >> Delivery Method >> Email.

Hi jeffreytan,

 

Please log in to MyDigi on app/web and follow the step stated. You can print the latest 6 months bill via Mydigi. 

MyDigi > click menu (Top left)> Bills > click menu (Top right)> previous bills> download/ Open.
