IMPORTANT: Digi has not authorised and is not responsible for any malicious content produced by unknown third party users.
Here’s how you can detect harmful links: 1. Established companies will always have its own domain, so make sure that the link includes the company’s real domain in it. If you are not sure of what it is, you can check the company’s official website. For example, Digi’s domain is digi.com.my. 2. Look for spelling and grammar mistakes. Most brands take language very seriously and will avoid major spelling and grammar errors in their emails/messages. Read them carefully so you won’t fall into a scam trap! 3. If you’re still unsure, reach out to the company to confirm its authenticity.
