Please be advised that there will be several dates planned for system upgrades in November.
The dates are: 15th 22nd 26th and 28th
From the hours of 0200 - 0300 and 0430 - 0530.
During these windows, some subscribers may experience intermittent services (which includes the following: UMB, MyDigi App, MyDigi Web, Digi Helpline, Bill payment, Prepaid reloads). This upgrade exercise will enable us to improve our services for you.
We advise all subscribers to manage your accounts (reload balance, pay bills, purchase internet top-ups, purchase roaming passes) before the stated times.
Once the upgrade is completed, all services should resume as per usual.
