In the new Digi Broadband with LTE-A plans, what do 4+6GB, 8+12GB mean?

Our broadband plans offer bundle internet, which consists of “anytime quota” and “off-peak quota”

i.e. Broadband 85 (8+12GB) refers to the bundle come with 8GB internet for anytime usage, and 12GB for off peak period usage.
