Watch out for scams!

While the good folks at Digi love rewarding you with goodies and prizes, this “reward” IS NOT from Digi.

Here are a few steps to verify the legit messages from Digi:
1. For SMS – Look at the sender; it should be from Digi, DigiRewards, 2091, 22288 and 20000 only.


2: For online – Look at the URL; it should be from digi.my.


3. When in doubt, just take a screen shot of your SMS/email and check with us in the all-new MyDigi app via live chat.


4. General rule of thumb, if you think it’s too good to be true – then it most likely is! (Unless it’s an awesome promotion like this – then it’s true).

Suspect scam using MYDigi community  as a platform to  scam people... sigh!
