Hey Digi Prepaid subscribers,
The new MyDigi app allows you to reload anytime, anywhere. Plus, you get to earn up to 10% FREE Credit when you reload on the app! Follow these simple steps below to reload your Digi Prepaid.
Tap 'Reload' on your homescreen.
Choose your reload amount.
Confirm your reload amount and email address then choose your payment method,
either with a crebit/dedit card OR online banking OR e-wallet.
*For e-Wallet payment method, we have 3 options of Touch 'n Go, GrabPay and Boost.
To make payment with card, tap on 'credit/debit card'.
Fill in your card details and click 'Pay' to proceed.
To reload using 16-digit pin, tap on the 'Pin' icon, enter your 1
6-digit pin and tap 'Reload'.
To reload with Talktime Advance, tap on 'Advance' icon,
select your preferred denomination, and tap 'Confirm Order'.
To extend your credit, validity, tap on 'Validity' icon,
choose validity extension and tap 'Confirm'.
To see your reload history, scroll down from the Reload menu
and your reload history will be shown.

Hi Zubaidi. Can you try with the *128# menu instead? Select Talktime Services >> Talktime Advance.
