Your #MyDigiApp: How-To Add A Debit or Credit Card To Your Account

Hey Digi subscribers,

Enjoy faster and seamless payments when you add your debit or credit card details to your account. Here’s how you can on the all new MyDigi App:

 

Step 1:

Tap the Menu icon on your homescreen.

Step 2:

Tap on 'Settings'.

Step 3:

Tap on 'My Payment'.

Step 4:

Tap '+' to add a card.

Step 5:

Fill in card details then tap on 'Add Card'.

Step 6:

Your card details have been saved to your account.

Step 7:

To set up auto billing, tap 'My Payment' under 'Settings' and choose 

your preferred card . Then, tap on 'Set as Auto Billing' and you're done!

how to delete my card details in digi apps?

You may log in to new MyDigi app > click on the Menu (Top left)> Click 'Settings' >Click 'My payment'> select the credit card> delete. Please take note, the auto-billing service is not allowed to cancel within the contract period ya. TQ.
