What are Digi's Roaming Rates?

Information from DiGiHelpline I had called yesterday and today:

For postpaid:

1) Receiving SMS = free of charge

2) Sending SMS  = RM 0.99

3) Receiving call from Malaysia (but no pick up the incoming call) = RM 2.00

Kindly advise above statement true or not. For Q#3, will Digi charge too if I am not pick up / answer the incoming call?
