Transfer of SIM card ownership

For any transfer of SIM card ownership, the current and new owner will need to walk in to our Digi Retail Store to perform Transfer of Ownership.

I have lost contact of previous owner of my sim card..what can i do?

Andy5256, both party must walk-in together to our main Digi Store to request for the transfer of ownership request.

Hi there! Thank you for the reply! As i mentioned i have lost contact of the previous owner for years..is there any chance that i can re register it under my name? I have been using this number for my business operation for years..puk card is with me and this number is still under prepaid line..any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!
