Hi,
My SIM card is damaged. I am now 1 month without phone line.
I went to DPulze DiGi store to get a replacement.
I was required to provide my IC.
However, their machine failed to read the chip of my IC. No further assisstance.
Hence, I never got any SIM replacement, up until today.
It's super incovenient for me to travel all the way, rushing from work, as it was near closing time.
Could you provide me with other solutions please?
There are surely a number of ways that verification of identity can be carried out.
How about thumbprint? Signature? Security questions? Password through email verification? How's the process like for SIM replacement at 24hr DiGi Kiosk?
Any delivery service for SIM replacement to my place/office?

HI Have you tried other digi store within klang valley or near to putrajaya?
some digi store come with machine, so u can do it over the machine.
as for IC, if your ic is old or possible damage, you can renew it online, and collect it when ready. so then you can have your IC let it read by the machine!

the center i did my sim replacement was in the Garden.
IC you can do it get it in Putrajaya too
and one thing you may do is to use the eraser to wipe/clean the chips on the IC. before you enter into the machine.
as my IC was refused by the Bank machine, and ATM card too. so this is what bank did, yet refuse to replace the problematic ATM card. then it work after using the eraser!
