upgrade  from normal  sim to nano 4G LTE sim charged RM 10. Then all information retain? Like  phone number , and data paln....?

Nothing will be changed or deleted, except for all the info in ur sim card. U might want to back it up first.

Hi adzlan98. You can change a number to a different number but not an existing number for RM50. This can only be done at our main Digi Stores. Hi Ryanyi. We are sorry, due the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, SIM replacement is via our outlets only as original IC and thumbprint is needed for verification purpose.

Hi Faung,

 

SIM replacement requests can be done at our nearest Digi Store. Remember to provide the authorization letter with the company cop and authorize the signature for verification purposes. For more info, please call our Business Helpline 0162998888, 8 am - 7 pm every day. Officially, there is a charge of RM10 for each SIM replacement request. 

 

Most of our Digi Store will be opened as usual except for the Store which locates in Sarawak. For more info about Digi Store locations, please refer to - http://new.digi.com.my/support/digi-store.

 

You can PM our Digi Store for further assistance and to set an appointment 1st before walk-in.
