I have just reported a cell site problem (no DiGi signal if a blackout happens) via MyDigi app. I hope that problem can be fixed soon.

Already submitted my case via App just now, but how I could know if the case is being handled? I didn't get any acknowledgement/notification upon submission.
My case is similar as above, I'm recently only getting 0.1 Mbps download speed constantly while the upload speed is higher at 6-8 Mbps.
Previously (about 1-2 months ago), I got 15 Mbps download constantly which I think was amazing so I don't think it's the device problem because the location was the same, in Nilai Impian, Negeri Sembilan.
My Data roamig plan isnt working properly, i've just changed my plan to 138, its should support 5GB roaming data. Since i work in Singapore i used to travel in and out everyday but my data roaming seems like having problem... Only Singtel supports data roaming once in a while.. Starhub and M1 no data roaming.... I only can get my data roaming conectivity only 2 or 3 times a week... can Digi do something about this ????

Hi, problems with network and no service since yesterday 28/9 evening around 10pm. Until this after 6:00pm couln't call the custoemer service hotline, calls always failed. Can't load myDigi Apps until now, after successfully loaded the Apps, and report the network problem as shown above, and clicked submit, and it says Failed to send email.!

Using MyDigi app to report a network issue would only work IF there is no service interruption. Today (19 Oct 2017), we are having internet connection issue, we cannot use any app on our phones. There is no way that we can report a fault by using the app while connected to Digi 3G/4G, unless a Wi-Fi connection is available somewhere, which is not always the case.

Stupid way to ask customer to submit through app but no feedback from CS.
I have sent 3 emails by app but nothing, not even a reference number.

My fourth email... Not getting satisfactory speeds, before 20-25mbps, since 12/10/2017 getting less than 4, sometimes less than 1mbps. Upload less than 1 sometimes even 0mbps.
I want a complaint reference number so I can forward to SKMM.
Tried to chat for the last few days, always busy. Tried to call but no one answers.
Sent multiple emails but not even one confirmation reply.
Digi does not file a number for customer complaints so that we can't forward to SKMM.

Hi digi. If you are not responding to my problem here I know you are the worst human in galaxy.
First, your my digi apps is 'sampah'. How can you tell us to report network problem through that thing but you are leaving that report with no report number?
Second, I've already report the problem through my digi apps, Twitter, Facebook, email and still you are not respond. Maybe if I'm using letter you just throw that in "longkang".
3rd I'm struggling with your network almost 1 month. For your information I'm digi infinite user where I paid rm159/month. My internet speed 0.1mbps. How can I use that? Wtf.
Worst thing is if I'm going to another state, the network problem disappeared. Is your technician at teluk intan perak sleep at office just waiting for the clock to change to 6pm and go back home?

yup only on csgo and dota. steam games. i dont know because i used play at home only.. so i guess its only on my location.
im digi postpaid and 150 infinate user, since 10/1/2018..my internet speed is drop below 1mbps and got high ping (1k++ms)..bodo la digi ni,,reply lembap service mcm sampah..
I closed my DIGI broad band sometime back and settled all my outstanding bills at DIGI's kiosh. However a bill was sent to me for just over RM100 for services that I did not use nor provided. I paid up just over RM50 with RM50 remaining which I thought was fair since I did not use the service that I was charged for.
However when I applied for another internet service recently (6-Feb-2018) I was told DIGI has blacklisted my name. I reluctantly paid the remaining RM50 via my bank on 7-Feb-2018 but to date 9-Feb-2018 I am still black listed and block by DIGI in getting another internet service provider.
Please look into this matter soonest as I think GIGI is very unfai in their trade/business practices.

I noticed the submission of network issues reporting thru mydigi app does not give any acknowledgement nor report number.

Been submitting multiple reports like some of the comments above. No responses whatsoever. submitted more than 10 times.
If the app is not functioning please fix it. My network has been very bad. 4G LTE but doesn't even load a Google page. Happens to all my supplementary lines as well. Drop calls happen way too often. Network extremely unstable and fluctuates, sometimes it even drop to NIL/Emergency calls only in KL City centre.

Reporting via app doens't entice me much.
Have been reporting network problem since I first use i150 digi plan in July 2017 surrounding Pandan Jaya area. Got a measly discount for my monthly bill.
I still need to pay the bill when I can't even use the network when I need to use it the most?
Latest update from the network team is that there is still no plan to fix it for now.
Afterwards I decided to terminate it rather than wasting my time and money in arguing about this.
I have tried to reach out to digi support via multiple channels, failed to do so.
Is there no one else working in Digi or have you retrenched all your staffs?

how to report when there is no service???
Done reporting weeks ago and totally no respond, to be honest Digi Infiniti 150 has been really bad starting 2018, it was pretty fast before (speedtest 10mbps+) in my area. Now cant even load a 360p video smoothly, totally disgrace for a RM150 monthly fees kind of plan.
5th June Noon, internet become very laggy, lag spike can't play games, then at evening LTE just totally went out no service, 3G insanely slow... Now almost midnight still problem. Already reported, this better be resolved A.S.A.P!

I'm using Digi Infinite 150 plan and have this bad experiences over playing Overwatch, got lag spike over 19% to 38% loss out until now, ping test on cmd show packet loss vary from 5%, 25%, and top to 40%. Started on 5 June 2018 from the afternoon.

Please create alternative channel for users to submit report. The apps is useless when there is no network or bad signal. Cant even login to it.
I'm using Digi Infinite 150 plan and have this bad experiences over only using Whatsapp, it will suddenly drop/disconnect , the speed test not even reach to 0.5 mbps, and getting worse since sep 2018 onward.
not even able to use the app to do a single report. it is useless app only status "check internet connectivity" even use other wifi connection (ur competitors, TM, Maxis which both show strong signal over 10-20 mbps)

Stupid solution if Digi ask customer to lodge complain thru the apps when the apps itself cant connect the internet due to network issue.
Reported 3 - 4 times. But no response and reply from digi support for the internet slowness and suck signal during night. I just open game the signal direct from 4g+ become 4g then start match play awhile automatic change to signal h+. So all the match i play is lagging see the hero stop there or fly here fly there. I was reported from early of the month till now and i write a post on community. The community support ask me report through apps again. So the support now just reply same thing even the customer already done the step before. I giving almost a month time and not even try to spread this suck customer service on social media. But what service you guys provided is ignore all my reports without fix or give me a reply. In the apps i described the problem, pin the location although the location not exactly but is my taman. Cause i face this in my taman indoor or outdoor. I try to calm down wait you guy fix and give me a reply on what happening to digi network although i facing this problem every night in this 3 weeks. But seen digi i think i will spread this problem and the "Good" customer service you provided to my friends know the "DIgi have good service" and will be consider change other telco if the problem not fixing in this last week. Don't tell is my devices, sim card or location problem. I stay same location on october , same sim card, same device open same game but last month still ok. and the problem not only the game. Is all games, all browsing speed and apps also facing internet slow down problem. Digi kobi~I sent you pm with the detail and i already use this number and email sent few times in this 3 weeks. i also don't know why in your app case status don't have the ticket after sent. Don't tell me is i didn't send. Cause i was sent and saw the words about submitted i only close apps. If you guys don't trust i can give the recorded video let you guy see until you guy satisfy and know is the apps have problem. And don't just keep ask users send through apps if the apps not working properly.
